Shirley Rohn-Saito, Chairman& CEO
Shirley Rohn-Saito, is a high velocity, results driven executive with an effective combination of strengths in relationship driven sales, both in national/international business, with an eye to alliances, contract negotiations, marketing strategy, distribution growth and market positioning.  Shirley has a proven track record of launching successful start-up operations such as ESPN, Video Jukebox, Adam & Eve, Spice Networks and The Hot Networks.  This track record, along with her understanding of required business success factors helped bring these networks from launch to maturity.
With twenty-eight years in the cable TV industry she’s established and maintained strong and sustainable business relationships by developing trust, fulfilling all promises and providing dedicated customer service and problem resolutions.
Shirley began her career as a cable operator in Spokane, Washington, was quickly hired away by the then start-up company ESPN to aide in their Local Ad Sales program.  She Co-authored the Book "Local Ad Sales" for ESPN to aide Cable Operators in their start up Local Ad Sales efforts in1980.  In 1982, she was promoted and relocated to ESPN Corporate to head up the Northeast Division of Affiliate Sales overseeing ten states and staff.  She Relocated to Dallas, TX, in 1983 to take over the Southeastern Region, Affiliate Sales, and was ultimately sent to Los Angles to oversee the Western Region in 1986.
In 1989, Shirley joined Video Juke Box, an interactive music service network as the Vice President of Affiliate Sales.  A competitor to MTV, her big success was convincing Sammons communications Dallas, Texas, to take off MTV, to carry Video Juke Box exclusively.  After a shinning career at Video Juke Box, Shirley joined the Adam & Eve Channel, a start up Adult Network, in 1994 to head-up the Western Region as Vice President of Affiliate Sales.  Shirley was instrumental in helping bring Adam & Eve Channel to sale by Spice Networks, in less than one year, with the growth of six million analog PPV homes.
Shirley was chosen to run the Spice Network Western Region, as VP Sales, and after four years this too was sold, only this time to The Playboy Networks.  Playboy, passing on the new Spice Hot Network, allowing it to purchase by Vivid Entertainment and Pictures, hired Shirley as Executive Vice President of Sales/Marketing in 1999, by the year 2001 this too became so powerful and well distributed with Shirley and her staff, that in 2001, Playboy purchased the Networks, Hot, Hot Zone, and Vivid TV.
Under this agreement Shirley was contracted to Playboy TV, wherein she was responsible for Affiliate Sales & Marketing for Satellite Services, such as, Direct TV, EchoStar, the Canadian territory, and Special Markets.
